I understand that any falsification, misrepresentation or omission of any information may result in disqualification from consideration for employment or, if employed, disciplinary action, up to and including termination. I understand and acknowledge that if hired, I will be an employee at will and my employment with NVE Bank may be terminated, or I may resign, at any time, with or without cause or notice. I further understand that the Bank may contact my previous employers and I authorize those employers to disclose to the Bank all records and information pertinent to my employment with them. In addition to authorizing the release of any information regarding my employment, I hereby fully waive any rights or claims I have or may have against former employers, their agents, employees and representatives, as well as other individuals who release information to the Bank, and release them from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may directly or indirectly result from the use, disclosure, or release of any such information by any person or party, whether such information is favorable or unfavorable to me. I authorize the persons named herein as personal references to provide the Bank with any pertinent information they may have regarding myself. Further, I hereby authorize the Bank both now, and at any time during my employment if I am hired, to view any and all public information contained on social media web sites (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn) to which I am a member or have posted entries. I waive any and all claims I may have as a result of that inspection. This application for employment shall be considered active for a period of time not to exceed forty-five (45) days. Any applicant wishing to be considered for employment beyond this time period should inquire as to whether or not applications are being accepted at that time.
